How do I claim my award?

When you successfully complete the timed award quiz you will get a ‘Claim award’ notification; follow directions from there. If you did not immediately claim your award, you can claim it by doing this:

  1. Tap the ‘Home screen’ menu item
  2. Tap the ‘Profile’ icon on the top-right of the screen
  3. Tap the ‘Awards’ tile
  4. Find desired award
  5. Tap the ‘Claim Award’ option
  6. Tap ‘Send email’
  7. You will receive an email with the official claim award form
  8. Complete the official claim award form and follow instructions in the email
  9. We typically ship awards within a couple of weeks, but due to employment verification requirements and award availability, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery
