If I switch my store on SellPro, will I lose my certificates and/or points?

Changing your store will not impact your certificates, and you won’t lose any SellPoints.

However, changing your retailer will reset your SellPoints. Your certificates will still be available but will only apply to the retailer where they were originally earned.
