I didn't receive my claim email, can it be resent?

To resend your claim email, go to the Profile screen from the Home Screen:

  1. Tap on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the screen. (The icon that looks like a person.)
  2. Make sure that your profile is up to date (especially the email address and your store information).
  3. Tap on Awards at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  4. If you have awards pending claim, there will be a CLAIM button next to the award.
  5. Tap on the CLAIM button next to the award that you did not receive a claim email for.
  6. You will receive the claim email within minutes.
