To resend your claim email, go to the Profile screen from the Home Screen:
- Tap on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the screen. (The icon that looks like a person.)
- Make sure that your profile is up to date (especially the email address and your store information).
- Tap on Awards at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- If you have awards pending claim, there will be a CLAIM button next to the award.
- Tap on the CLAIM button next to the award that you did not receive a claim email for.
- You will receive the claim email within minutes.
