The Leaderboard allows you to compete with fellow SellPro users. Leaderboard positioning is based on the number of active course certifications you have, and ties are broken based on first to certify. For example, if user A and user B both have 100 certifications, but user A finished their last certificate at 9am, and user B finished their last certificate at 9:15am, user A will be ranked higher in the list.
There are three tabs on the Leaderboard screen:
- My Store shows the top ten sales associates at YOUR store.
- Top Pros shows the top ten sales associates at your entire company.
- Top Stores shows the top ten stores in your company, with the collective totals of all course certificates.
