ProShop

The ProShop a
Locked awards have a lock icon over them. To unlock them, you’ll need to certify on all courses that appear in the list (after you tap on an award in the list).
Courses that have check mark indicate that you’ve completed them; courses with an empty circle indicate that you still need to certify.you’ll see details like the brand, award name, course attachments, unlock progress, and SellPoint cost. Please note, the ProShop isn't available to all retailers. 

Locked Awards
Locked awards have a lock icon over them. To unlock them, you’ll need to certify on all courses that appear in the list (after you tap on an award in the list).
Courses that have checkmark indicate that you’ve completed them; courses with an empty circle indicate that you still need to certify.

Unlocked Awards
Once you’ve certified for all associated courses, the lock will disappear and if you have enough SellPoints, you will be able to claim the award. To claim a ProShop award:

1. Tap on the desired award to view its details.
2. You will see the award name, award description, MSRP, claim cost (number of SellPoints you will need to claim it), and the courses required to unlock the award.
3. If you’ve certified on the required courses and you have enough SellPoints, tap “Claim.”
4. A pop-up window will appear letting you know what your current SellPoints balance is and the cost of the award—it will ask you if you are sure you want to claim the award.
5. Once confirming your claim, you will receive an email with further instructions and your award will be on the way!
