Once you have changed your retailer, you will not lose your certificates. To view your previous certificates, please take the following steps:
- From the Home screen click on your profile icon (located upper right of the screen)
- Go to "Certificates"
- On the "My Certificates" screen, you will see both your current and previous certificates there
