How do I change my retailer and/or store?
Learn how to update your retailer or store in the SellPro app, including step-by-step instructions for selecting a new retailer, finding your store, and manually entering store details if it's not listed.
How to Update Your Retailer
- From the Home Screen, tap the Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
- On the Profile Screen, tap on your current retailer.
- Select a new retailer from the list.
- Note: Switching your retailer will reset your profile. Only your certificates will be retained.
- You’ll be directed to the Search Store/Location screen.
- Search for your store by city, state, zip code, or enable location settings to use your current location.
- Select your desired store from the results.
How to Update Your Store
- From the Home Screen, tap the Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
- On the Profile Screen, tap on your current store.
- You’ll be directed to the Search Store/Location screen.
- Search for your store by city, state, zip code, or enable location settings to use your current location.
- Select your desired store from the results.
Store Not Listed?
- Scroll to the bottom of the store list and select Store Not Listed?
- You’ll be brought to a map where you can choose your store.
- If your store is still not listed, select Enter Store Info Manually.
- Fill out the store details and tap Apply in the top-right corner.
- Once your store is verified by SellPro, your account will be updated.
