Leaderboard

 

The Leaderboard shows how you rank compared to other SellPro users based on Activity Points (AP).

You can use it to see where you stand at your store, across your company, and how stores compare overall.

 

How to access the Leaderboard

Open the SellPro app and tap Leaderboard from the main navigation or Home screen, depending on your app view.

Once you open it, you’ll see three tabs:

• My Store - The My Store tab shows how you rank against other SellPro users at your store.
• Top Pros - The Top Pros tab shows the top-performing users across your company.
• Top Stores - The Top Stores tab shows how stores rank across your company.

 

How rankings work

Leaderboard rankings are based on Activity Points (AP).

AP are calculated using tenure and activity in SellPro. Activity reflects engagement from the last 30 days, so rankings are based on recent performance.

If two users or stores have the same AP total, the higher rank goes to whoever reached that score first.

 

When the Leaderboard updates

The Leaderboard updates hourly.

Because of that, changes to your ranking may not appear right away after completing an activity.

 

Why your ranking may change

Your ranking can change over time based on the factors that make up your AP, including tenure and recent activity in SellPro.

Your ranking may also shift as other users or stores earn AP, or as activity moves in or out of the last 30 days.

Because the Leaderboard updates hourly, rankings may change throughout the day.
