Reference Library

 

Access brand resources such as how-to videos, product guides, spec sheets, and comparison charts.

 

Finding Content

The Reference Library has two tabs:

• Library – All available reference folders.
• Course Archive – Completed courses without quiz questions, saved for reference.

Use the Filters icon in the top right to narrow folders by brand or category, or change the sort order. By default, newest folders show first.

 

If you know the folder title, use the Search bar to find it quickly. The search only looks at titles, not file contents.

Syncing and Viewing Files

A cloud icon means the folder isn’t synced yet. Tap the cloud to download the folder for online and offline access. To unsync, swipe left on the folder and tap Unsync.

 

Once a folder is synced, tap it to open and select a file to view.
