Why is my certificate count different on the Home Screen and Leaderboard?

 

The Home Screen and Leaderboard show different certificate totals because they track certificates differently:

  1. Home Screen: Displays the total number of certificates you’ve ever earned, including from archived or inactive courses.
  2. Leaderboard: Ranks users by Activity Points (AP), which are based on tenure and recent activity in SellPro over the last 30 days.

Because these two areas measure different things, your certificate count on the Home Screen may not match your ranking on the Leaderboard.
